boost includes not found in plugins/gfp-val3dity/thirdparty/val3dity #33

Boost includes are not set.

i've used the CMake variable CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS to set some dependencies but the CMakeLists in this subfolder overrides it:

set ( CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS "-O2" )

Can we replace it by:
set ( CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS "-O2 ${CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS}" )
