[Mapstore] Where is the pluginConfig.json ?

When creating a context application , it's necessary to acceed to the plugin's list.
In the Mapstore datadir, I don't see the pluginConfig.json which list the default plugins.

Is it just an omission ?

iirc it's only shipped in the webapp itself, because if you override it in the datadir you get to merge the upstream changes upon updates.. its been discussed here iirc.. cf #240 & #261.

Thank you @landryb for the information. I had forgotten about this discussion.
I'm not used to this way of working. I'll try to get to grips with it, but in any case, we have a new open instance of Mapstore (https://public-test.sig.rennesmetropole.fr/mapstore) based on the datadir as it is without adaptation, and it's not possible to create application contexts without modification.
I think this can be confusing for novices.

if no plugin is listed, then i think there's a bug somewhere in your deployment.. docker ? i know i dont need/have pluginsConfig.json in my datadir on all my installs...
