Project Description

Multiuser approach to Slicer based on Slicer Docker

Main Features

Automatic management of per-user Docker containers, with persistent workspace.
Session control, including quick sharing convenience, for educational and collaborative purposes.
OpenLDAP Authentication.

Objective

Multiuser 3Dslicer approach for private cloud (HPC) using host GPU capabilities.
Make the programme configuration persistent after deleting the container.
Set the size of 3DSlicer web window to fit the size of the user's screen and other novnc settings.
USB over IP + OpenIGTLink + Slicer in Docker.
