Rework trade and recover dialog

The recover dialog sometimes doesn't show up, doesn't get closed or is opened while the trade dialog is shown. These issues are all related because we don't have a consistent handling of dialogs.

The intention of this ticket is to rework the way dialogs are shown. Additionally this would be a good opportunity to redesign some dialogs.

Related issues

• During opening a position suddenly catching up dialog shows up #2089
• Show dialogs on pages where you want to see them #1995
• Rollover window is not shown if the settings are open
• Async order matching dialog is shown with a delay after opening the app.

I think this is important because I guess this sometimes provokes an interruption of the protocol. e.g. if the user doesn't get the rollover dialog.
