Expected behavior
Gauge features must be available for modules

Actual behavior
All IDE features are not available for the modules

Steps to replicate

Create a gauge-java project
Add modules to the project

The Gauge features are not available in the modules

Version: 0.3.10.nightly-2018-03-15
