Allow generating a page with steps

This plugin generates a start page with spec and scenario names and I can open a scenario to see the steps.
It would be nice to be able to generate a page with all the steps as well. It might be easier to find stuff when seeing all steps.
You could provide an option for this feature. As others already mentioned you could resolve concepts as well as steps.
Ignore commented stuff and texts and still provide links to the scenarios.
