SEE UPDATE BELOW

This is a simple implementation, designed to make sure we have something

  • We use google maps or something to identify a relative price ranking (like $ or $$$) for brands and assign them manually
  • We have manually assigned generic categories to the brands (shoes, men’s clothing, women’s clothing, sports clothing, dresses, etc.). Some brands could have multiple tags
  • Now users can select what category they're interested in and we can show them recommendations based on brands of price, filtered by the category they picked.

Follow design in Figma

  • Search box for other company (by name) that takes up full screen
  • Side-by-side comparison
