Selected answers in some rank form widget aren't visible in the hierarchy view of finalized and sent form

Problem description

I don't know if it's an issue or it is as expected. In one of forms with rank widget, the selected answers aren't visible in the hierarchy view of finalized and sent form.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Fill both question in the form.
   filter-rank.xml.txt
2. Finalize/ Send the form.
3. Go to Ready to send/ Sent and open the form.

Expected behavior

Answers should be visible in the hierarchy view.

No. I guess it might have been like that for a long time - we don't have tests with this form checking the hierarchy view in drafts or finalized form I just added a few additional steps as exploration.

I guess my first thought was that it could just be an issue with the form itself. Are you able to double-check that?
