Crash after minimizing the app when forms are being deleted + "don't keep activities"

Problem description

There's a crash of the app if a user enables "don't keep activities" and minimizes Collect while forms are being deleted.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Add a project with many forms or scan user "bb” in https://test.getodk.cloud/#/projects/385/app-users.
2. In the device setting enable "don't keep activities"
3. Go to Delete form- blank forms and select all forms.
4. Tap "Delete selected".
5. While forms are being deleted, minimize the app, go to a different app and go back to Collect

Expected behavior

The app shouldn't crash.
