Increase font size for map instructions

In recent workshops about improving geo functionality, users have said the map instructions are hard to read when you are using the map and map placement appearances. We've also discussed this a challenge internally as a team.

I'm not sure what the font size is now, but it would be great to pair on this and find something that doesn't take up too much space, but is visible to the user.

Considerations for later:

• Making the language more user friendly
• Making it more clear what the "trash" and "save" buttons do
• For map placement, improve discoverability of being able to manually move the marker
