Notify the user if a query has no schedule when picking one for alert #3846

When a user set ups an alert and picks a query that has no schedule, we should show a notification about this.
We should also show the current schedule of a query.
Bonus points: ability to open the schedule from the alert window.

(this to be implemented after migrating the alert screen to React)
