feat: Add attributes data to SentryScope #6835

Note
The pull request "feat: Add attributes data to SentryScope" was created by @itaybre but did not reference an issue. Therefore this issue was created for better visibility in external tools like Linear.
Adds setAttribute and removeAttribute to SentryScope as per https://develop.sentry.dev/sdk/telemetry/scopes/#scope-methods
These attributes will be used for logs in a following PR.
Currently units are not supported since Logs don't support them (yet).
