PHP Spool Transport example is invalid

Hello,

The example provided in the doc does not work as the HttpTransport require a lot of HTTPlug plugins to work. The ClientBuilder is doing that for us but when instantiated outside like in the example it cannot work.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.
