View Similar Spans for cache spans uses hash in url resulting in empty Avg Duration and Span Throughput graphs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to empower plant Sentry
2. Click on the Cache span in the /products transaction
3. Select View Similar Spans
4. Brought to Span Summary page with a hash in the URL and empty Average Duration + Span Throughput graphs

Remove the hash then shows the summary page as expected.
