This is a ticket covering all of the sub-tickets for initial component selection for the MVP. Each of the subtickets here covers a feature that needs a component selected for integration.

Criteria for app selection:

  • Common dependencies with existing stuff
  • Project health/maintenance schedule
  • Reasonable (non-crazy) packaging
  • Transparency in build process
  • Interoperability (at frontend API)
  • Security history
