This ticket is satisfied if the initial OS (Debian) setup, including install and core config, are implemented and booting.

Possibly needed accounts:

  • Admin/ansible worker
  • Backup account

MVP should probably just stick to a single user for now.

Further versions should keep to just two unix user accounts as well. If we aren't offering shell, users can access appropriate resources without local accounts.
