Seeing intermittent ERR_SOCKET_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT for https://cognito-idp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/{cognito-pool-id}/.well-known/jwks.json

Unable to handle the error using catch blocks which crashes the application.
