WowBot is a discord bot built to help World of Warcraft guild manager to manage their guild in one place; discord; which is probably what most are already doing for other matters. We are at the very start and focusing primarily on the calendar part. There is no public version of this bot yet. To see how to setup your own bot check the readme.

Roster

All players main and off specs ordered by roles and main/off spec. This feature is needed by Calendar.

Calendar

Allow you to created events and have players sign up to it. Specs are taken from the roster message

The main advantages of using this bot calendar versus the one provided in-game by blizzard are :

• Since it's available on discord it's easy to check anytime, anywhere : on any web browser, phone...
• You invite "players" not specific characters, you then decide which spec that player is gonna play.
• There is a late and `benchable``status to warn about the fact you'll be late or not in great mood to play.
• You can define the setup required to do the event.
• Better display, highlighting roles (tank/heal/rdps/mdps) and how many players for each.
• More features are coming: auto-decline events during a period of time, set players specs automatically based on setup, keep track of bench, sending PM to people not signed-up, PM all players accepted...
