This maybe related to pick handling... we probably need to check limits and assumptions when resolving pick candidates.
Should definitely not happen when moving with WASD (to test on affected computers).
Also: is really the framerate affected or is the movement of the objects slower than expected? How can the user tell about the framerate drop? Does the building view "jump"?
On some PCs the frame rate drops significantly when interacting in scene and being close to objects.
I do not know why and when it happens, but should be investigated.
On our PCs it's not happening.
