Add Helm chart for the whole setup

• Use Condition fields to allow enabling/disabling certain components.
• Write some Chart tests
• Have a look at samsung-cnct/chart-elasticsearch

Make sure these issues are addressed with that:

• Security configuration #41
• The guide at docs/index.md won't work on RBAC enabled clusters. manifests-all.yaml does not include the PSPs #36
• Add ingress with letsencrypt and oauth2-proxy to Kibana #27
• Provide example for Logstash grok-filter plus Kibana dashboard #24

@webwurst We're very interested in having a Helm Chart for this. Could you share your thoughts on the "certain components" you envision for conditional dependencies in case we have time to contribute?
