Do you plan to integrate genome assmbly module into nanopype ?

It is.
Currently only flye, wtdbg2 might be an option in the future.

Wtdbg2 seems better and faster, looking forward wtdbg2 integration ! And, snakemake has moved to
https://github.com/snakemake/snakemake/tree/0570e1a7c450e13891c108176e4836377de134e4 now. The latest python is version 3.7 now, so you can update the nanopype documentation.
