Feature Suggestion: invalidate all links after crawl depth has been reached #139

Since this utility is used for offline viewing of websites I think it makes sense to have an option to replace any links leading to "the outside world" with something invalid (say #), similar to --crawl-replace-URLs=true.
Of course, this would only make sense if --crawl-max-depth has been reached.
