Backspace rendered as spaces on screen git-cmd.exe --command bash.exe #282

With Git for Windows 2.5.0, if I start git from a Win+R prompt as follows...

"C:\Program Files\Git\git-cmd.exe" --no-cd --command=usr/bin/bash.exe

...the backspace key is rendered on the screen as spaces (though backspace is really applied). If I revert to Git for Windows 2.4.6, the same Win+R command works fine (backspace is backspace).

This command-line is a snippet of what conemu uses in their "Bash::Git bash 2.5 x64 (1)" task- so I don't know if this is a "supported" way to start Git for Windows.

I just uploaded new installers with the hot fix. Would you test, please?
