I guess I have answers for the first question, but no answer for the last one.
the first one should be quadratic trust, (10 means 100 credits)
if it is true, we could show that there will reduce 100 credits from you in the web page.
About the first one, you are right it is quadratic trust. That is 10 quadratic votes are 100 credits.
About the last one, when someone tries to spend more quadratic votes than the credits available the checkout box limits you to the max number of quadratic votes you have available.
Previously, there was a reset to zero but we got some feedback from users and changed it.
Now there is an issue with the Twitter Operations Platform but as soon it is solved I will give it a try again.
