Transformers issues

We are trying to use the Github actions importer to migrate Bamboo buildplans into Github. We need to apply custom transformers, I have noticed the following:

1. The runner transform only works when your job does not have a runner
2. The importer always adds - self-hosted in the runs-on: section, which we dont want
3. Any thing under requirements: in the bamboo yml file ends up in the runs-on: section
4. The importer env transform does not work

Are there any work arounds?
