Add "GitHub" to tool descriptions

The original MCP server makes extensive use of the term "GitHub" in the tool descriptions. Currently, we're seeing the LLM fail to pick the right tool in many cases because it doesn't realize it will get GitHub results. We should more closely follow the descriptions in the existing MCP server and/or improve on them by specifying that the results come from GitHub.
