Validate formatting and linting for debug logging changes#11870

Enhanced 5 Go files in pkg/workflow with debug logging:
- error_helpers.go: Log error creation (validation, operation, config errors)
- update_project_job.go: Log job building process and configuration
- safe_outputs_config_generation_helpers.go: Log config generation
- safe_inputs_renderer.go: Log MCP config rendering and env var collection
- validation_helpers.go: Log validation failures and file checks
All logging follows project conventions (logger.New("pkg:filename")) and
includes meaningful messages for debugging without side effects.
