No option to Change OpenAI API key to Generate Commit Message (Experimental). #2665

Description

  1. connected gitlens with openai api key
  2. Generate Commit Message (Experimental) works well
  3. deleted openai api key
  4. created new openai api key
  5. Generate Commit Message (Experimental)
  6. error when Generate Commit Message (Experimental) due to invalid api key
  7. unable to change openai api key for gitlens in visual studio code
