I am looking to check-off files I have already viewed when reviewing a large PR with many file diffs. I see vscode-github-pull-request extension has implemented something that would be perfect: microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github#520. There is an existing Issue opened on this repo that seems to be a similar request: #836
