Per student fee field should not be editable once selected Free in Mode of Payment.

#581 In continuation to this, when we select Free in the dropdown of Mode of Payment, the Per students contribution field should get disabled under the batch module.

Also, there is a visual difference in Per Student Contribution. While editing, the per student contribution is mentioned correctly, but on the view page, it looks like Per-student Contribution
Please change it to Per Student Contribution.
