Course name and Rejection reason field to be replaced from the Text box to Dropdown field

Describe the task
A text box will replace the course name on Pehel/SIS in the dropdown field.

And Rejection Reason will be replaced with a dropdown field from a text box.

Attached is a list of course names and rejection reasons below that will be uploaded on the SIS/Pehel.

In case Others is selected in the course name or rejection reason, a text box should come to enter the data.
