When opening multiple times the IntelliJ IDE for the same workspace, we currently, display an info popup saying that an existing IDE is already connected to the workspace. In 2022.3 build of JetBrains SDK we will have access to ThinClientHandle#focusClientWindow to request focus on the existing window.
