Bug description

In .github/.../config.yml we explicitly link the security policy.

Thus, we see two items linking to it:

By default, GitHub creates a list item if there is a SECURITY.md in the repo or in the .github repository of the organization. Such a link is integrated with the GitHub Security Tab of the repository.

Thus, I propose to remove the explicit link from the config.yml.
