Settings sync for accounts that aren't on Gitpod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When developing in the browser, I'd like to have my keybinds and extensions. Currently, I have to install them manually and copy over keybinds, which is very annoying and repetitive.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

A way to settings sync between something like a regular github account and a gitpod account. For example, changing something locally on your settings sync would reflect open gitpod workspaces.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just manually copying, which is annoying.
