I have opened an issue about plate list inconsistency at gigascience repo.

Final results will be updated here.

Shantanu has given us a new md5sum file for 406 plates. The fingerprints of our downloaded metadata match this file now.

Hopefully he can request a similar md5sum file for the Cell Image Library.
