When we tried billing people to fund Gittip # 2, 16 out of 27 credit cards failed with the error message "undefined method `[]' for false:FalseClass." We're interpreting this as a bug in our card processing vendor, who got acquired recently and is known to be neglecting their product. We're migrating to a new vendor.

(BTW, I posted this in the wrong project, sorry. I'm leaving it here because I've linked to it and it has collected comments.)

Well, the "problem" listed on my credit card page is

undefined method `[]' for false:FalseClass

if that helps

Yeah, that helps. At this point we've got 27 credit cards: 8 working, 3 with legitimate failures, and 16 with the "undefined method" failure, which sure seems like a bug in Samurai. >:-(

I think our best bet at this point is to migrate to a new vendor.

In the mean time I've reset the last_bill_result for those sixteen people, since without them the leaderboard and stats pages are rather decimated.
