I was wondering if you plan to update the conda package to the latest version.

Hello @famosab,

Thank you for using CRABS. @hughcross: do we have a near-future solution to keep the conda package updated?

Best wishes,
Gert-Jan

Once a PyPI package is on Bioconda, it should be kept up to date automatically. So should be basically zero maintainance effort :) See docs.

(Sorry rushed this reply a bit - I see it's already there. So probably just a case of updating the meta.yml once)

Thank you very much for this solution @ewels! We will give this a go :)

I tried updating the meta.yml - but I ran into dependency errors. If you have time to check that would be great :)

Hello @famosab,

Apologies you're running into issues with the conda version of CRABS. @hughcross: can you please have a look at updating the conda version to the latest CRABS update?

Thanks,
Gert-Jan
