Glasskube installation wizard / UI

Using helm to bootstrap Glasskube is not the ideal way. Althought it makes it super easy to get going, it has multiple downside:

• All dependencies are either manually managed or in the glasskube namespace.
• It's hard to side load dependencies, only if they are required
• Providing an UI will make easier for less experienced developers to get going.
