Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently only paintbrush strokes that have been drawn as pixels are limited to the image boundaries, I think it makes sense to also make the paintbrush also follow this rule by default once a stroke has been completed.

Describe the solution you'd like

Paintbrush strokes cannot be drawn outside of the image boundary
