Google Sheets: Adding Sync animation

When you sync a Google sheet with large number of rows, it can take a while to finish. But there's no animation or anything to let user know it's still syncing after they hit the sync button. So, some users wander off to other pages and end up with incomplete data because they didn't wait for it to finish syncing. This results in getting error when starting flow as the data is not synced completely

Add an animation of loading to let the user know that the sheet is syncing and wait while it happens
