Problem

People sometimes write and want to help, but they're not sure how they can help. This email also needs to be seen by Don Daniels.

Solutions

Add a basic contact form for non-programmer volunteers who want to help but aren't sure yet where/how they would like to contribute. They could be wanting to help recruit others, or any other range of things. The form will be sent automatically to Andrew and Don. It would be listed under "Contribute" with the title "Want to help, but not sure how?" Below that "Please fill out this form."
