Consider addition of data to describe how the case was found. Options could include:
Self-presenting to healthcare facility (passive surveillance)
Active surveillance of contacts of a known case
Institutional (healthcare facility) search
Community search
Syndromic surveillance (does this overlap with institutional and/or community search)?
Sentinel surveillance

Are there any others that should be added to this list?

recommendation: await results of Delphi and collaboration with T1 toolkit piloting
