T0 outbreak form is validated and approved by WHO for initial data collection in an outbreak. Inclusion of these variables in our schema enhances our alignment with the validated form for more widespread adoption.

Vital signs data collected on T0 form includes;

• Heart rate
• Blood pressure
• Respiratory rate
• Oxygen saturation in room air
• Temperature
• Capillary refill time
• Mid upper arm circumference
