Reopen an expired report

Good morning, is it possible to reopen an expired report? We know that once it expires it is deleted from the system. Is there a way to recover it?
We also have the possibility to recover a backup before the expiration date but we are afraid that as soon as the machine is started it will be deleted again and set as expired.

once a report expires it is deleted and overwritten ensuring it could not be recovered.

At the moment, if you want to recover a backup at the moment the only way to prevent the automatic deletion, is to tweak the database with the sqlitebrowser by changing the expiration date of the record in the internaltip table
