Existing relation
oewn-09900112-n (Interlingual Index: i88733)
(n) burgess, burgher a citizen of an English borough

oewn-09720999-n (Interlingual Index: i87640)
(n) Englishman a man who is a native or inhabitant of England

Proposed change
Change hypernym to

oewn-09720544-n (Interlingual Index: i87639)
(n) English person a native or inhabitant of England

Motivation
This infers that 'burghers' are male (as Englishmen are male) so hypernym should be moved to gender-neutral hypernym
