Bug description

We have an issue with GLPI, even after updating it. When me and technician support open an attached file in a ticket, often the attachement is opened successfuly but when we have other pages opened, the session does not work anymore and we need to reconnect...

Someone have experienced the same issue ?

I confirm. Same problem in my GLPI after upgrade to 10.0.9.

Okay i've fixed the issue.

I'm using NGINX and i have configured the webserver as prequisities: https://glpi-install.readthedocs.io/fr/develop/prerequisites.html

After enabling SSL, cookie.session_secure in php.ini, set selinux to setenforce 1, i think is working now and i am no longer disconnected when opening an attached file
