Bug description

Hi,

Recently I've created a new server from 0 and I installed GLPI 10.0.9.
So we start to use it now, there's none database migration or anything the only change is this time I've connected our AD.

So I've copied by hand thing for thing, but now when I add a solution to any ticket the requester can't aprrove it... it doesn't open the form to do it so.

I still have the old server running and that's working just fine.

Any idea from where the error is?
