Components - Impossible create ype or model

In setup > components, when I try to display or add a component type or model (apparently all the components) a message tells me :

The requested item has not been found.
Return to previous page

I'm in super-admin on the root entity, same as a technician

I confirm the issue on GLPI 11 (main branch).
