The issue is that one :

GLPI 9.1.6

  • a user (requester profile ) create an assistance ticket (ticket is in new status)
  • another group (change manager) assign ticket to a group of technician ( ticket is in attributed status )
  • the group of technicien (see attached picture for the configuration of the profile) can see the assigned ticket, add followup and tasks BUT when task is created the ticket DOES NOT change to planned status

IMPORTANT : Please note the profil of the technician does have the right to modifiy the workflow of the ticket in the corresponding configuration of its profile
BUT I choose NOT to let them have the right to "update the ticket" (Because I don't want them to modify description, title or other items on the ticket form)

Please also Note that if the Change Manager with Full rights (and can "update ticket") create the task himself the ticket will take the correct status (ie planned)
