Colormaps for 3d volume rendering #345

Hi,

I tried using the 3d volume rendering option on my weather radar dataset. However, I can only opt for a monochrome data shading in glue for now.

Could someone please include a colormap option for 3d volume rendering. It would definitely make my data much more appealing.
